Before we get serious something has been bugging. I’ve noticed that all of these manicure salons are owned and operated by Vietnamese. Almost all of them are born again Christians. That’s fine by me but, here is my question, “Do you think if Jesus does come back he’ll go to a place with a sign that says, Nails?”
Speaking of signs. What do you say to this one? “I’ll have two large to go?”

Jane Fonda is back with a vengeance.
Talk about a comeback. After 15 years off screen Jane Fonda returns with and over the top performance in "Monster In-Law." No need to go into plot detail. Simply put Fonda is Viola an over the hill TV talk show host who is put out to pasture. Her son, the apple of her eye brings home his future wife Jennifer Lopez. Well, needless to say the girl who is about to be her daughter in-law is not good enough for her son. That's when all hell breaks loose. What a surprise that Jane Fonda, two time Oscar winner could be so funny. To tell you the truth I thought the movie would suck, boy, was I surprised. The film is funny from beginning to end. Never before was I a fan of Wanda Sykes but I am now. As Viola's faithful assistant she is hysterical.
Go see it!
Well, since I didn’t get any pictures from “Monster In-Law” I’ll just put this one in that Jane autographed for me way back when she did “Nine To Five.”
We attended the premier last Thursday (5-3-05) at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. That is Jane's new hometown. I had hoped to put in a lot of neat pictures from the event but it was such a mob scene it wasn't worth the effort. It was all a fundraiser for Jane's charity G-Capp. The party afterward was totally oversold and you could neither get to the food or a bar without fighting through a crowd. Lisa and I decided it wasn't worth it. So we went across the street to the Georgian Terrace Hotel and had dinner.
The Georgian Terrace is where the cast of "Gone With The Wind" stayed for the 1939 world premier of that film. Now "Monster In-Law" was a premier but imagine what "Gone With The Wind" was like.
Okay Pat O' Brian stop milking it. You were drunk and having phone sex. Don't try to pass off the bull, that it happened once and your co-workers and friends had an intervention. As David Letterman said, "You hit rock bottom when you went on Dr. Phil. I think your P.R. driven comeback is not going to work.
